How long does it last?

Our sealer typically lasts between 2-5 years, depending on usage and environmental conditions. Regular maintenance can extend its lifespan significantly. We recommend checking the surface annually for optimal performance.

Can it be applied to old concrete?

Yes, our sealer can be applied to old concrete as long as the surface is properly prepared. We do all preparation to ensure a strong bond and optimal results. We do need to know if any sealer has previously been applied.

Is it slippery when wet?

Our coloured topical sealer has a low sheen finish and does not dramatically change the surface’s slip rating. On broom-finished, trowel-finished, or lightly textured concrete, the slip resistance remains comparable to the original surface. If additional grip is required, we can add a fine anti-slip additive during application to increase traction in high-traffic or wet areas.

How do I maintain it?

Maintenance is simple! Regular sweeping and occasional washing with mild soap will keep your surface looking great. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the sealer. We offer discounted cleans to previous customers.
