QLD Concrete Sealing began as M&L Driveway Sealing in 2022, a small, hands-on operation focused on residential driveways and basic resealing projects. In the early days, the work was straightforward—clean, prep, seal, repeat. The priority was simple: deliver a durable finish, turn up on time, and build a reputation job by job.

As demand grew, so did capability. What started as small-scale residential sealing evolved into a broader service offering. The business expanded its equipment, refined its preparation systems, and took on more complex surface treatments. Attention shifted from just sealing driveways to understanding substrates, moisture behaviour, coatings performance, and long-term durability.

Rebranding to QLD Concrete Sealing marked a turning point. The company moved into larger commercial and industrial projects—carparks, warehouses, hardstands, and high-traffic surfaces. Services expanded to include epoxy flooring systems, decorative and protective covercrete applications, and technically demanding coating systems requiring precise preparation and application standards.
